Tongass Ledge

In collaboration with PBW Architects, we lead the interior detailing and fixture selection for this ground up home on the water’s edge of Tongass Narrows, the main waterway off Ketchikan, Alaska. The home serves as both retreat and part-time residence for our client. Inspired by Nordic design we incorporated light woods, minimal, clean forms, and the client’s favorite pink and red hues throughout the project. The result is a fresh, but cozy interior scaled for whale watching and taking in Southwest Alaska’s natural beauty.
